It was truly an honor to be interviewed by the Business Observer and to share my perspective on the state of  Sarasota-Manatee Commercial Real Estate for 2021.

Q1 2020 office market was strong with $118 million in sales, or almost double the sales volume of 2019 for the same period.

The office market YTD at the end of September was only 9.9% below the sales volume of 2019 for the same period. The make up of sales for both years was very different, with the average sale in 2020 being 1/3 the size of those sales in 2019. 

Given the proliferation of deals throughout 2020, I believe that there will be a lot of movement in 2021, so sound business and investment objectives will be the key to success.
